Crinkle Cut French fries are produced at French Fries Malaysia factory under the permission of Quiches - GmbH, Germany. Crinkle Cut French fries is high quality product, 12 mm long, sawtooth shape chosen by many gourmets.
Selected potatoes are imported from Europe to create excellent European-style French fries. Shoestring potatoes with 7mm length are suitable for eating with fried chicken, steak, European dishes, etc.
Products are distributed in major supermarkets: Vinmart, Big C, Lotte Mart, Aeon Mall, etc. And many restaurants and high-class hotels serving European dishes nationwide.

Shelf life: 24 months from the date of manufacture (under storage conditions at -18⁰C; intact, unopened packaging)
Production date and expiry date are printed on the product packaging
Instructions for use: Used as food ingredients for processing into dishes:
- Fry in a fryer: Heat up oil / fat up to 175⁰C and put fries to the fryer. Fry for about 3 minutes or until the potatoes turn yellow, crispy, then take out.
- Fry in a pan: Pour vegetable oil into a pan and heat the oil. Fry for 3-10 minutes or until potatoes turn yellow, crispy, then take out.
- Fry in the oven: Heat the oven to 230⁰C, spread the potatoes evenly into the tray, put in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes turn yellow and crispy then take out.
Storage instructions:
- At cold temperatures ≤ (-6⁰C): Shelf life is 1 week
- At cold temperatures ≤ (-12⁰C): Shelf life is 02 months
- At cold temperatures ≤ (-18⁰C): Shelf life is 24 months
